Challenge: The main objective was to build a new FIDC platform, as the process was poorly automated, hindering business scalability and the group’s growth.

What was done: An integrated platform for FIDC management was developed, designed to meet the needs of complex businesses with high operational volume. The project involved migrating critical data from legacy systems built on Clipper, Visual Basic, and Classic ASP, as well as databases in DBF and SQL Server, ensuring the preservation of data integrity and consistency throughout the process. The solution was designed to integrate and automate a product pipeline, implementing advanced rules for global and operational limits, along with robust authorization policies ensuring governance and control. This approach not only ensured better regulatory compliance, but also resulted in a significant improvement in operational agility.

Result obtained: Upon delivery of the new platform, the company’s operational volume increased by 70%, allowing operations to be scaled securely and efficiently. This improvement brought greater competitiveness to the business, enabling the absorption of more operations with reduced processing times and a centralized and reliable management system.
