Support and Evolution of the Legal Ecosystem.

Challenge: Maintenance and evolution of complex systems, such as the election platform, digital certificate, signer, GRA, SUTP, web and mobile manager, institutional portal, and e-commerce, in addition to meeting the client’s customized demands, which involved high scalability, security, and integration across multiple solutions.

What was done: The team actively handled member requests, enhancing user experience and system architecture. Solutions were modernized with the proposal and implementation of processes based on Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, GitFlow, and DevOps. Additionally, the team played a key role in supporting product roadmap definition, maintaining continuous focus on quality, deadline compliance, security, and application performance, ensuring the sustainability and evolution of the platforms.

Results: The project fully met the client’s expectations and strengthened the trust of members, increasing the ability to attract new users. The improvements significantly enhanced the performance and usability of the applications, particularly adjusting the Manager to the specific needs of law firms. Furthermore, improvements in maintainability and scalability directly contributed to increased competitiveness in the legal market, solidifying the products as industry benchmarks.
