Website and HotSite for Lead Generation.

Challenge: The main goal was to build a new architecture for the institutional website, aiming for greater flexibility in content creation, as acquiring new clients was a priority and the website served as the main entry point for most users. Simultaneously, we developed a Hotsite called Avenue Connection, which was the company’s most significant event in 2024. The hotsite featured both a public area and a restricted, logged-in section, accessible only to clients attending the keynote speech by Paulo Guedes, the event’s main speaker. 

What has been done: A new modular website structure was developed using WordPress, making content editing easier while improving performance through cache management and code compression libraries, ensuring smooth navigation and a better user experience. For the Hotsite Connection, we collaborated with the design team to gather key information and create an appropriate layout for the event. Additionally, we developed a Salesforce integration plugin, allowing us to cross-check registered users and differentiate between clients and the general audience, ensuring proper functionality of the event’s logged-in area.. 

Results: With the new website structure, the Marketing team gained autonomy in creating new pages and content, which became a key advantage for the institutional site. As for the Hotsite Connection, it received excellent feedback on usability and performance, particularly on the day of the keynote speech, when the platform handled a high number of simultaneous users.
